Guidelines

Here are a few guidelines you must know for participating in any class at Will-Moor

  • Parent/Guardian must sign waiver before participating in any class including
    • Free Trial Class
    • Birthday Parties
  • All gymnasts must dress appropriately for class:
    • Athletic attire should be worn such as leotards, yoga pants, sport tops etc.
    • No loose fitting clothes
    • No jeans, clothing with zippers, buckles or straps of any kind
    • Long hair pulled into a tight ponytail
    • No jewelry
  • Courtesy Class/ Make Up Class
    • Courtesy / Make up Classes: Students are entitled to only one make up class per month for an excused absence.
    • Please call the front desk to inform them when you know you will be absent.
    • Check the events page for a listing of the dates we offer the Courtesy / Make up Classes.
    • You must notify the front desk when attending a Courtesy / Make up Class
  • When dropping your child off for class
    • Please stop at front desk upon entering gym to be checked in for your class
    • Place all shoes and small items in a blue cubby bin and place back on cubby racks.
    • In winter we ask that you hold or take your child’s coat with you. We have found that the coats end up on the floor most times and this is a hazard for all customers.
    • If you are staying to watch your child’s class you please follow these rules:
      • Do not enter gym are until your child’s class time is starting, please remain in lobby area to wait.
      • Never stand in the hallway infron of Staff door, bathrooms or water fountains as this severely disrupts the traffic flow of the gym and is a FIRE HAZARD.
      • No waiting or watching by the fence area, parents must be seated in the stands or chairs while in the gym area.
      • Please keep conversations to a minimum. Also, if you must be on your phone please excuse yourself from the viewing area.
      • Please be courteous to all the other customers and do not disrupt any class or team practice.
      • No outside food or drinks in our facility, only water is allowed.
      • Anyone with small children not in class must wait in the lobby area.
      • Unless a small child needs help with using the restroom, parents are not to be interfering with the class.
      • Anyone seen standing or congregating in these areas or engaging in any disruptive behavior will be asked to leave the gym area and remain in the lobby for the duration of class.
